Wanted: 3 or 4 bed house in Beckenham

Hi everyone. My husband and I are looking to move to Beckenham, but are unfortunately having pretty bad luck with our house hunt (we had to pull out of a purchase as the estate we were moving to had a no dogs rule and we have a little dog!). We wondered if anyone on here is looking to sell in the near future and perhaps wanted to sidestep estate agents fees and sell to us directly? We’re looking for a 4 bed house (or 3 bed with potential to add a fourth bedroom) and love the 1960/70s architecture that is dotted around the areas near to Beckenham Place Park and Kelsey Park.
