Hi all! Schoolrunbuddy is a brand new platform to help local parents find a ‘buddy’ to share the school run with.

So, you might agree to take your buddy’s child to school on Mondays and Wednesdays in exchange for them doing the same for you on Thursdays and Fridays. You can also do a childcare swap for inset days or over school holidays.

The site is live and ready to use now! But we’ll also be having an official launch on 20 November 2017.

I’m a parent in Beckenham and set this up because of the problems we had balancing the school run with work commitments – We eventually set up this kind of arrangement with another parent and want to make it easier for others to do the same.
