        Hello

        Generally proposed developments are something that your solicitor will find when they do the local authority search but that’s usually after you’ve made an offer on a property.

        Any planned developments that have permission to go ahead in Beckenham will be authorised by Bromley Council Planning Dept so that would be my first port of call.

        It’s a lovely area and community, hope you come and join us :-)

          Hi I am new to Beckenham and I am planning to buy a property to settle here.

          May I check if there is anywhere I can reference, to check the development plan of the town, eg web site?

          For example, I viewed one property having a nice meadow nearby, as a sportground for public. How can I check and confirm it will remain the same, and will not be taken for re-development?
